The 2 bedroom unit is located on the upper level adjacent to the barbecue terrace. The balcony across the front of the unit provides views of the beach and Waitangi. This unit is very spacious and designed with ample living areas for groups and families up to 6.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite and walk-in robe; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and 2 x king single beds with a queen-sized sofa bed in the lounge room.
