Ulos (Raglan)

We had our first experience at Ulo's this past weekend while visiting Raglan on a surfing trip. The Japanese family owned restaurant is located in the heart of town and is a favourite amongst locals. We’re not sure what we loved the most about my Ulo's experience; the the funky Japanese inspired vibe we noticed as soon as we walked through the doors, the mix of delicious Japanese dishes, or the fact that on a Tuesday night the restaurant was bumping with a local DJ playing his set.

The Japanese food fusion has mastered creating unique, tasty and authentic meals to share with local foodies. The highlights of the night included Sriracha Salmon box, Japanese imported beer, and homemade Pork & Chive dumplings...they were out of this world!

Ulo's has created a relaxed, yet groovy spot for customers to kick back and enjoy a real authentic dinning atmosphere. There is no wonder why Ulo's is a popular favourite among the Raglan community.
